Milwaukee house fire near 32nd and Lisbon, 1 dead
MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee County medical examiner was called to the scene of a house fire near 32nd and Lisbon that happened overnight.
Fire crews were called to the home around 3:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4 after a tenant heard a fire alarm and saw smoke.
Occupants of the building said everyone was out of the home, but searches were still initiated. One person, identified by the medical examiner as a male, was found in a second-floor bedroom. CPR was initiated but was unsuccessful, and the male was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the fire is currently undetermined and is not considered suspicious at this time.
