MILWAUKEE - There is a significant police presence in an alley behind Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church near 38th and Lloyd in Milwaukee on Monday, Dec. 2.
Milwaukee police and the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office are at the scene.
