According to a criminal complaint, the 27-year-old victim told police that Eubanks had been threatening her over Instagram and they "agreed to meet up and fight" that morning. The two had been involved with the same man in the past.
The victim said she went to the restaurant, per the complaint, and she and Eubanks briefly fought in the parking lot. When the victim got in her car to leave, she said Eubanks pulled out a gun and shot her.
Court filings said investigators noted a bullet strike to the driver's side door of the victim's car, just beneath the door handle. A deformed bullet was found on the driver's floorboard.
Prosecutors said a witness told police two women were fighting in the restaurant parking lot, after which one of them grabbed a gun from the black Acura she arrived in and shot the victim. The witness said she filmed part of the fight on her cellphone.

One video showed the two women "circling each other with balled fists attempting to hit each other," according to the complaint. Another video showed Eubanks saying "take them off" and "grab the pistol" before going into the black Acura. The video did not show the shooting, but captured a woman's scream and the loud revving of an engine.
Eubanks is charged with one count of first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Her bond was set at $10,000 when she made her initial court appearance on Tuesday.
