What we know:
The Milwaukee Police Department said officers had a tactical set-up on a residence near 45th and Hampton. Witnesses said MPD started arriving at the scene around 3 p.m.

Police say the tactical situation ended when officers obtained a search warrant and were in the process of executing it and the suspect jumped out a window and took off running.

The suspect, a 24-year-old man, was arrested after a brief foot pursuit. A firearm was recovered.
Milwaukee police tell FOX6 News the man was wanted for homicide.
