Silver Alert canceled for Franklin man, found safe

FRANKLIN, Wis. - A Silver Alert has been canceled for 71-year-old Daniel Balli of Franklin. He has been found safe.
There was concern after he was last seen at his assisted living facility near 48th and Sherwood in Franklin on Aug. 15.
