WAUKESHA COUNTY — 18-year-old Robert Markwardt, accused of attacking a man with a samurai sword will be sentenced Monday, July 9th.

Markwardt is accused of attacking Jordan Lass back in November, because Lass was hanging out with Markwardt’s ex-girlfriend. Lass was slashed multiple times, and required 19 stitches for five lacerations.

Markwardt has been charged with several crimes, and faces over 40 years in prison if convicted. Markwardt was found guilty after entering a no-contest plea to the charges.
