In business news for Thursday, August 9th, 2012 -- Alterra Coffee Roasters is opening its newest location in Bayview on Friday, August 10th. The cafe and bakery will open on the corner of KK and Lincoln Avenue.

Additionally -- a Walker's Point restaurant, Braise, received a nod from Bon Appetit Magazine. The magazine named Braise one of the top 50 new restaurants in the country.

Rock the Green concert organizers are pushing for paperless tickets. The second annual concert is set for September 15th. The paperless option will involve presenting tickets via smartphone at the gate.
