Man transported via Flight for Life following single-vehicle crash

SHEBOYGAN -- A 38-year-old Sheboygan man was transported via Flight for Life to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah early Thursday morning following a single-vehicle traffic accident in the 3600 block of S. 18th Street.

Officials say they recieved multiple 911 calls around 2 a.m. regarding a single-vehicle car crash at 3622 S. 18th Street. Police say a 38-year-old Sheboygan man crashed his Chevy Cavalier into two parked vehicles in a driveway.

The preliminary investigation indicates the man was traveling southbound on S. 18th Street from Washington Avenue when he struck the curb, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway where it struck two vehicles parked in a driveway at 3622 S. 18th Street.

The driver was transported to Theda Clark Medical Center via Flight for Life for his injuries. The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.

The cause of the crash is unknown and remains under investigation by the Sheboygan Police Department.
