Sheriff’s officials arrest sex offender on Top 10 Wanted list

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee County Sheriff’s officials on Wednesday, November 7th arrested 35-year-old Arnold Flinn for sexual assault. 

Flinn was pictured on the Top Ten Wanted list released by the Sheriff’s Office prior to the Trick or Treat initiative last month.

Flinn was wanted on a felony violation of parole for a second degree sexual assault of a child conviction.  

When Sheriff’s officials approached his residence, Flinn appeared on an upper porch, and then retreated inside, where he ignored commands to come out.  

The SWAT team and K-9 officer assistance was requested.  

Flinn then surrendered and was taken into custody without further incident.

Flinn’s criminal history also includes a conviction for armed robbery.
