Trial date set for man accused of groping women

MILWAUKEE — The trial date is set for a man accused of groping women as they ran on Milwaukee County’s Oak Leaf Trail.

Duane Fish is accused in three different cases of sexual assault since the end of October.

On Wednesday, December 20th, a Milwaukee County judge scheduled Fish’s trial to begin on Monday, January 14th. This, after Fish and prosecutors failed to come to a plea agreement.

The judge also ordered Fish to be monitored by GPS as a condition of his bail.

Fish is a 16-year military veteran with a history of alcoholism and PTSD.
