Paape to be tried as adult in 2012 Sheboygan homicide

SHEBOYGAN (WITI) -- A Sheboygan County judge ruled on Wednesday, January 30th that Nathan Paape will not be transferred to juvenile court -- and will be tried as an adult.

Paape faces a charge of first-degree intentional homicide in the killing of 78-year-old Barbara Olson in Sheboygan Falls in September 2012. Paape is charged along with Antonio Barbeau.

Paape is due back in court to enter his plea to the charge on Tuesday, February 5th. He had no criminal history.
