New Drive Sober app offered by Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation

MADISON (WITI) -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is offering a new app to help drivers determine whether they have had too much to drink before they get behind the wheel. It's called the Drive Sober app. It's free and available in the iTunes Store or in Google Play.

The app includes Find A Ride, Blood Alcohol Estimator and Designated Driver Selector features to help you get home safe and achieve zero preventable deaths on Wisconsin roadways.

The Drive Sober app is part of the DOT's Zero In Wisconsin campaign. Its main goal is to help save lives and reduce the number of traffic deaths annually in Wisconsin.
