Four in custody after man shot, injured near 5th & Center

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — A 29-year-old man is in stable condition after being shot early Wednesday morning, April 24th near 5th and Center. Four adult male suspects are currently in custody.

According to police, the incident is related to a group of people that were fighting outside of Ed’s Lounge on the northeast corner of 5th and Center.

A 28-year-old man involved in the fight was conveyed to a local hospital for minor injuries.

A handgun and suspected marijuana have been recovered.

Detectives are currently investigating at the scene.
