RACINE (WITI) — Racine police are investigating after locating a man near the Vintage Rock Café who was incoherent and bleeding from the ear Thursday morning, July 18th.

Investigating officers learned that there was an altercation in the parking lot and that the victim was assaulted and may have struck his head on the pavement as a result.

The victim was transported to Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Emergency Room by rescue where it was discovered that he was suffering from a traumatic brain injury and in critical condition.

The victim was flown to Froedtert Hospital via Flight For Life.
