Hunger drives Brian Kramp’s search for a food truck

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Studio A's Brian Kramp had a hunger unlike any other on Tuesday, January 7th. His hunger drove him to search for a food truck -- any food truck -- willing to brave the cold temperatures and serve him a meal.

    Why on earth would you show Brian driving around town with his seatbelt harness not on properly? seems like a bad habit to illustrate.
