Spin Milwaukee is changing its name

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Spin Milwaukee is changing its name! This, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.

The name change will occur next week, but Spin will keep its table tennis focus.

On February 11th, Spin will become Evolution Milwaukee Gastro Pong -- or Evo for short.

The owners opened Spin in 2010 as a franchise of Spin Galactic, based in New York City, but have now decided to take the business independent.

They say being independent will allow them to evolve with the community.
