Her mother says she remembers hearing Kaliyah's door open. She says she called for her daughter -- and got no response.

"I asked my neighbor because he was outside. I said 'have you seen my baby?' He said 'yeah, she just ran out the house barefoot down the street,'" Kaliyah Lockhart's mother, LaShonda Wilbourn said.

Milwaukee police tell FOX6 News Kaliyah Lockhart left home after an encounter with family over seeing boys.

If she left because of a boy then they have bigger issues. Mom you better get her before she comes home with a baby.

Why would you let a 13 year old get a hair cut like that? Why would you let her dress like that? Parents trying to be friends…it’s a silly thing until your daughter comes up missing. Stop specializing young girls!! Let them look like little girls and not little grown women!

  • Mya

There is nothing wrong with the way she is dressed or her hair….girls cut their hair everyday in all kind of styles no matter how old they are….

If she was just staying with friends why the mother of that child didnt call her to let the mother know about her smh people just dont get it until its them praying for better days
