Motorcycle rider dies after collision with car in Racine, police call for witnesses

RACINE (WITI) — A 27-year-old motorcycle rider died from severe injuries after a collision with a car in Racine on Friday morning, May 15th.

The collision happened at the intersection of Ohio St. and Ridgeway Ave. just before 7 a.m.  Officials say the preliminary investigation indicates the motorcycle was operating north on Ohio St. when it struck the vehicle entering the intersection at Ridgeway.

The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to assist The Racine Police Department in the investigation of the accident.
