Washington County Sheriff’s officials find intoxicated man in lobby of Allenton Post Office

ALLENTON — Washington County Sheriff’s officials tell FOX6 News an intoxicated, 29-year-old man was found inside a lobby at the Allenton Post Office early Wednesday morning, August 12th.

Deputies got the call around 4:05 a.m.

We’re told the part of the post office where the man was found is open overnight so people can access their PO boxes.

The man, who is 29 years old and from the Town of Addison reportedly didn’t know where he was — and deputies aren’t sure how he got to the post office.

He was cited for disorderly conduct and released to a responsible party.
