Police: Shots fired at garbage truck on Milwaukee’s north side

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police responded to a Shotspotter alert around 8:35 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15th in the neighborhood near 25th and Vienna on the city’s north side.

Several shots were fired at a sanitation truck by two unknown suspects.

No one was injured in the incident, but the truck was hit by the gunfire.

The investigation is ongoing and MPD continues to seek suspects.
