Police investigate armed robbery at Rue21 store in Midtown Shopping Center

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at the Rue21 store at the Midtown Shopping Center Wednesday, August 24th near 60th and Capitol Drive.

It happened around 7:15 p.m.

We're told merchandise was taken from the store during the robbery.

It is believed five or six people were responsible for this robbery. The suspects are described as women in their 20s.

The investigation is ongoing.
