MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee is known as the frozen custard capital of the world, but how did we get that claim to fame? And when did this deliciously smooth dessert show up in town? One local couple who absolutely loves frozen custard couldn't find all the answers in one place, so they wrote a book about it.
