Police: Man shot, injured near 22nd and Maple during argument, suspect fled the scene

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened early Friday morning, Feb. 2 on the city’s south side.

It happened around 3:40 a.m. near 22nd and Maple.

Police say 41-year-old man was shot during an argument. The suspect fled the scene.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
