Greendale gives 'green light' to redevelopment of Sears store at Southridge Mall

GREENDALE -- The Greendale Village Board has approved the special use permit for the redevelopment of the Sears store at Southridge Mall.

The store will be turned into a Dick’s Sporting Goods and Round 1 Bowling and Amusement Complex. Officials say both tenants hope to be open before the end of the year and the developers are working to fill the remainder of the space available.

Dick’s Sporting Goods will occupy 66,000 square feet of the lower level of the building. Round 1 Bowling and Amusement Complex will occupy 45,000 square feet of the upper level of the building.
