$60,000 in damage: Fire damages home near 9th and Clarke in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE -- Firefighters on Thursday morning, Aug. 16 responded to the scene of a house fire near 9th and Clarke in Milwaukee. The call came in around 12:45 a.m.

Officials say the flames were under control by 1 a.m.

One person was displaced as a result of the fire. No injuries were reported.

The fire caused an estimated $60,000 in damage.
