Inaugural 'Run Santa Run' 5K welcomes winter at Milwaukee's lakefront

MILWAUKEE -- The inaugural "Run Santa Run" 5K race took place at Milwaukee's lakefront Sunday morning. The race benefited Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, featured holiday season-themed stations throughout the course and costumes worn by participants -- including an abominable snowman, Santa Claus and elves. FOX6 News' Amy DuPont was on-hand for the first-ever event.
