IL MITO EAST’S GRILLED BLACK ANGUS BEEF TENDERLOIN APPETIZER
Ingredients
• 1 lb Black Angus beef tenderloin cut in pieces and pounded thin
• 2 large onion, shredded with a box grater
• 1 tbsp turmeric
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• 2 tbsp EVO
• 1 tbsp sea salt
• 2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
• zest of 2 lemons
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients (except the beef) and mix thoroughly. Toss with tenderloin so that ll the meat
is coated and allow to marinate at least 8 hours, or over night
2. Prepare a hot grill
3. Remove meat from marinade
4. Cook on grill until done medium rare
5. Serve over turmeric risotto
