Our goal as a certified adult day center is to provide quality day services to adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities, dementia, traumatic brain injuries, mental illness, and the frail elderly.  We are committed to offering programming that supports the social, physical, creative, spiritual, and cognitive well being of all participants in a safe and dignified environment.

Program Description

Golden Pearl Certified Day Services is an alternative to choosing between a homebound lifestyle and full-time institutional care.  Our participants enjoy engaging programs and quality care from experienced professional staff while caregivers have respite and peace of mind.

The person-centered care model ensures individualized programming while participating with other adults of all ages and abilities.  During our convenient 9:00am-3:00pm daytime hours services include a well-balanced lunch and snacks, a wide variety of recreational activities, cognitive and daily and monthly physical exercise, intergenerational programs, personal hygiene, beauty services, music therapy, pet therapy, bi-weekly swimming, art & crafts, computer integration, sensory and napping rooms, cooking skills, DLS's and community integration such as local and monthly out-of-county field trips.  Morning pickup and afternoon drop off are available services we offer. Additional hours are available from 7:30-9:00am and 3:00-4:00pm if you are seeking additional respite and can provide your own transportation.
