Holiday Favorite Lighten up Save 
Mashed Potatoes Use Swanson® Vegetable Broth and olive oil instead of heavy cream and butter Save approximately 40 calories
Dips & Casseroles Use plain nonfat Greek yogurt in place of full-fat sour cream Save approximately 5g fat per 2 tbsp. substituted
Gravies & Sauces Blend evaporated 2% milk instead of heavy cream Save approximately 21g fat per ¼ cup substituted
Stuffing Revamp stuffing: use a wild rice blend or whole-grain pilaf as the base instead of bread or use whole wheat cube stuffing Save approximately 120mg sodium per ¼ cup dry wild rice substitute for 1 slice white bread
Quick Breads Replace half the amount of oil with unsweetened applesauce Save approximately 28g fat per 2 tablespoons substituted
