11-year-old struck by hit-and-run driver in Brown Deer
BROWN DEER -- Brown Deer police are investigating after an 11-year-old boy was struck by a hit-and-run driver on North Carlotta Lane at West Radcliffe Drive on Wednesday, December 12th just after 2:30 p.m.
Officials say the boy was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound on North Carlotta Lane, after which the vehicle continued to travel southbound without stopping.
The boy was taken to the hospital for evaluation. The extent of his injuries are not known at this time.
Officials are looking for a large, red vehicle, possibly a truck or SUV. There could be damage to the vehicle's front, driver's side.
