Five students had to be taken to the hospital, where they were treated and released.
Racine County District Attorney Richard Chiapete tells FOX6 News a 10-count juvenile petition was filed in which the 14-year-old was charged with five counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and five counts of delivery of a prescription drug.
It's unclear what type of medication was allegedly handed out by this student, or where this student may have gotten the medication.
