CUDAHY, Wis. - Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies were called to a one-vehicle rollover crash near the Pennsylvania Avenue curve of southbound I-794 Saturday morning, Oct. 31.
Authorities said the vehicle flipped off of the freeway and landed in the parking lot of a business around 7:45 a.m.
The driver, a 19-year-old man, was ejected and sustained head injuries from the crash. He was was unconscious and breathing when MCSO deputies arrived on the scene.
The driver was transported by Flight for Life to a local hospital. He is in critical condition, according to the sheriff's office.
Southbound lanes of I-794 were closed for roughly three hours. The cause of the rash remains under investigation.
