2 hurt in rollover crash near I-41/45 exit ramp at Burleigh Street

WAUWATOSA -- Two people were hurt in a rollover crash near I-41/45 at Burleigh Street Wednesday morning, April 10.

It happened around 7:45 a.m.

Officials with the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said a vehicle traveled off the exit ramp and through the fence adjacent to the ramp.

The Wauwatosa Fire Department was called out, and first responders extricated the driver and passenger from the vehicle. They were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

The ramp reopened around 9 a.m.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
