2 juveniles arrested for bomb threat that canceled classes at West Milwaukee Intermediate School
WEST MILWAUKEE -- West Milwaukee police say two juveniles were arrested on Friday morning, May 11 for issuing a threat against West Milwaukee Intermediate School . Charges will be referred to the juvenile division.
Police were alerted to the threat around 6 a.m. Friday. School administration made the decision to cancel classes for the day. Officials then searched the building and returned it back to the school district as early as 9 a.m.
No device was found inside the school.
Police later interviewed the subject they believe issued the threat. Officials would not say whether they were students of the school.
