28th and National suspicious death investigation
MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide that occurred on Monday, Aug. 16 near 28th and National. It happened at approximately 5:32 a.m.
Police say a 36-year-old Milwaukee woman was located unresponsive in a vehicle and was pronounced dead after unsuccessful life-saving measures were administered.
The cause of death appears to be the result of a gunshot wound; however, it is currently under investigation.
Milwaukee police continue to seek unknown suspects.
