30-year-old Milwaukee man shot, injured near 45th & Center

Shooting near 45th and Center

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened near 45th and Center Wednesday morning, May 15th.

According to officials, a 30-year-old Milwaukee man was shot on the street around 8:30 a.m.

Investigators believe that the shooing may have stemmed from a prior altercation between the suspect and the victim.

The victim is being treated for what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury at a local hospital.

The suspect is not in custody.
