WEST ALLIS, Wis. - Turning 30 is scary, but for the Harvest Fair at Wisconsin State Fair Park, 30 means a big celebration.
The fair will feature new food and fan favorites, including pumpkin spice and latte-flavored cream puffs. People can even participate in a pumpkin patch and pumpkin bowling.
