37-year-old man arrested for fourth OWI offense

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee County Sheriff's officials arrested 37-year-old Kevin Crivello of Cudahy for his fourth OWI. 

A Sheriff's deputy noticed Crivello's vehicle deviating lanes on I-94 from 25th Street. The deputy stopped Crivello on I-794 southbound at Carferry Drive.

Crivello's preliminary breath test was .15. 

His prior OWI convictions were in January 1997, June 2003 and December 2006.

If convicted on this fourth offense, Crivello faces up to one year in prison.
