WEST BEND -- A 4-year-old child is pulled from a pool at a home in the 6000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive in the town of West Bend.
The incident occurred on Friday, July 3rd around 4 p.m.
According to a West Bend Fire Department battalion chief, the child was conscious and alert when being put into an ambulance to be transported to St. Joseph's Hospital for precautionary reasons.
It is unclear if CPR was performed on the child or if the incident is life-threatening.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office is investigating this incident and the circumstances that led up to the child being pulled from the pool.
