"A cause we believe deeply in:" Wixon Inc. makes $22K donation to Make-A-Wish Wisconsin

ST. FRANCIS -- A St. Francis company is coming up big for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.

Wixon Incorporated on Thursday, October 8th handed over a check for $22,000.

The company makes seasonings, flavors and technologies for the food and beverage industry.

Wixon Inc. donates to Make-A-Wish Wisconsin

The money was raised by the employees and from the company's annual golf tournament.

Helping Make-A-Wish Wisconsin has become a mission for the company.

"Has been part of the legacy of Wixon to help Make-A-Wish and has been a part of our, part of our fiber as a company to help and give back and Make-A-Wish is a cause that we believe deeply in and we really see a lot of impact," Peter Gottsacker, Wixon president said.

Over the past 14 years, Wixon has donated more than $145,000 to Make-A-Wish.
