Anthony Oliphant pleads guilty to Brown Deer bank robbery
BROWN DEER -- 25-year-old Anthony Oliphant has pleaded guilty in federal court to charges of bank robbery and brandishing a firearm in connection with the March 4th robbery of the Tri City National Bank on W. Bradley Rd. in Brown Deer.
Oliphant was one of three suspects that walked into the bank around 10:40 a.m. on that Friday. They obtained an undetermined amount of money -- and fled the bank in a vehicle.
Nobody was injured as a result of this bank robbery.
Oliphant is scheduled to be sentenced on Wednesday, September 28th. He faces a minimum of seven years in prison.
