Ballpark Commons spending package approved in Franklin

FRANKLIN -- The Ballpark Commons development is moving forward in Franklin -- after unanimous approval from elected officials for a city financing package.

It includes up to $21 million to pay for parking lots, infrastructure and soil cleanup.

The money would support the multi-year Ballpark Commons development around The Rock Sports Complex.
