MILWAUKEE -- From sweets to shopping -- it's time to take on the holidays. Jackie Bergner with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare  joins FOX6 WakeUp with some tips.

Protein Power Ball recipe: 

Ingredients:


    Combine all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Form balls from the mixture (about 1 ½ tablespoons each) and place them on the baking sheet. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes before serving.
