Body pulled from ReefPoint Marina identified

RACINE (WITI) -- The Racine County Sheriff's Office has identified the body of a 58-year-old man pulled from the water at ReefPoint Marina in Racine on Sunday, October 20th.

The man is identified as Richard Franzese of Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

Officials say while the investigation into this case is ongoing, "everything thus far appears to be consistent with an accidental drowning."
