Brookfield East High hosts largest martial arts tournament in Midwest

BROOKFIELD (WITI) -- Everybody was kung fu fighting in Brookfield. More than 1,000 martial artists of all ages are competing in the J.K. Lee Great Midwest Championship on Saturday, April 24th.

This is the largest tournament of its kind in the Midwest.

The event was held at Brookfield East High School.

Besides the competition, there was also a demonstration by martial arts masters.
