Brookfield retail theft; police seek woman for smoke shop theft

The Brief

    • The Brookfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman wanted in connection to a retail theft.
    • On Friday, Dec. 13 around 4:20 p.m., a female in her late 20s arrived on foot at the BF Smoke N Vape located at 12621 W. North Ave in Brookfield with two young kids.
    • Police said she can be seen concealing a vape device and later using one of the children to select and conceal another device for her prior to leaving the store.

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - The Brookfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman wanted in connection to a retail theft.

On Friday, Dec. 13 around 4:20 p.m., a female in her late 20s arrived on foot at the BF Smoke N Vape located at 12621 W. North Ave in Brookfield. She entered the store with two young children. 

Police said she can be seen concealing a vape device and later using one of the children to select and conceal another device for her prior to leaving the store.
