Also, Schlitz Park developers have started renovating two bottle house buildings on the downtown site. The work includes combining the two structures into a single building, and upgrading 90,000 square feet of available office space. Finally, there is speculation Warren Buffet could be eyeing Wisconsin Energy. One New York utility and power analyst recently told Bloomberg Milwaukee-based Wisconsin Energy "fits the bill" for Berkshire Hathaway's Mid-American energy holdings company, where Buffett is CEO.
