In business news for Monday, September 24th, 2012 -- Apple's new iPhone 5 has set a sales record, but investors aren't impressed. Apple says over five million phones have been sold since hitting stores Friday. Analysts had hoped for six million phones sold.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is expected to propose a rule to make it easier for those without personal income (i.e. stay-at-home moms or dads) to qualify for credit cards. The new rule is expected to be proposed before Congress reconvenes in November.
