Can you help Racine Sheriff's officials? Vandalism reported in Rochester, Waterford

RACINE COUNTY (WITI) -- Racine County Sheriff's officials are seeking the public's help in determining who is responsible for vandalism that has caused significant property loss and damage in the Rochester and Waterford areas since late June.

Racine County Sheriff's officials say they have received numerous calls regarding vandalism to property in the Waterford and Rochester areas. Officials say a large portion of these incidents have occurred during the late evening hours.

Officials say deputies have discovered significant damage to mailboxes, lighting fixtures, lawn decorations and vehicles.

Officials say these incidents have caused significant property loss and damages amounting to several thousands of dollars.

"We'd like people to remain vigilant. If they see anything, hear anything, we encourage them to contact the Sheriff's Office," Racine County Sheriff's Lt. Daniel Adams said.

The Racine Sheriff’s Office is seeking any information from the public that will assist with the identification or apprehension of any of the parties responsible.
