CAPTURED: Levi Rosebear, driver charged in fatal accident

WEST ALLIS (WITI) -- U.S. Marshals have captured 26-year-old Levi Rosebear. He is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and bail jumping.  Law enforcement says he was high on marijuana when he fatally struck a woman with his car outside State Fair Park in March.

A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Rosebear is 5'10'' and weights 175 pounds.  He had long brown hair at one time, but may have cut it short.  U.S. Marshals say Rosebear has ties to Minnesota.

Levi is now in custody.
